F.I.A.T
Our Faith In Action Team has been operating in the background for around 3 years. It was our desire to identify a way in which we could minister practically within our community that was not being done by anyone else so that we could complement rather than compete with what was already being achieved by others.
Working in partnership with the local Social Work Department and other agencies we seek out furniture and household items that can be passed on to anyone who is being housed but lacks any of the basic essentials.
Since this ministry began it has been our privilege to provide beds, living room furniture, cookers, washing machines, fridges, etc to many people who were moving into a new house but didn’t have access to these essentials.
We always have a variety of items of furniture and white goods in our store and everything is provided and delivered free of charge.
F.I.A.T. is co-ordinated by Alistair Lockett.
If you have any items of furniture you would like to donate or if you need furniture please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email.

Thank you for visiting us online. We appreciate your interest in our church and look forward to having you drop by often.
We are happy you took the time to visit our site and would like to invite you to one of our Sunday celebrations.
New Wine Church offers a welcoming environment where you can experience lively and Spirit-led contemporary worship and real, relevant and radical teaching straight from the Bible. There is always opportunity to receive prayer whatever your need might be. We believe that Jesus still heals the sick and brings freedom to the oppressed.
Whether you have been a Christian for a long time, or whether you are taking your first tentative steps as a new believer, or are just interested in finding out more about the claims of Christ, our goal is to help you see how relevant God and his word are to your everyday life.
Our vision is to establish people in the reality of who they are, and all that they can be in Christ Jesus.
As people are established in relationship with their heavenly Father they are equipped with a faith that is relevant to face all of the challenges of living in the 21st century, and are enabled by the power of the Holy Spirit to live a radical life that revolutionises the humdrum of everyday existence and transforms it into an exciting and exhilarating experience.
